Frequently Asked Questions

Please keep in mind that photo editing takes approximately three weeks. You will receive a link via email within three to four weeks to download your photos from DropBox. Please plan accordingly.

For example, if you booked a 1st birthday party session and wish to have the photos for the party, the ideal time would be 1 month before the party. This allows enough time for editing after which you will receive your digital photos. Recently, I have received many requests for 2-3 week expedited photos via email. Unfortunately, I am unable to grant these requests due to my schedule.

If you have more than one child it will be an additional $25.00 per child.

Five additional images cost $50.00

Additional images may be purchased with advanced notice. We can discuss this request further when booking the appointment, as I will need to plan accordingly.

A cake to be smashed is needed (this can be purchased at your local supermarket). Please bring additional outfits for the cake smash, as the desired outfit will get dirty. Balloons are welcome.

Yes, I have a countless amount of props, your head will spin 🙂   If you have a certain picture or setup in mind, please let me know in advance.

This is a question that I get a lot. I can usually accommodate two outfit changes.

I have many pettiskirts, tutu’s, headbands, hats, suspenders, and bowties that you may use. We can decide which outfits to go with when you arrive. Please have your thoughts/theme in mind, as we cannot spend too much time on outfits.

For family photos I suggest colors that mesh well together. I do not recommend white. Vibrant colors look amazing in the photos.

This is a great question. It’s very important to be on time for your appointment. I run a tight ship. I generally have a fifteen minute leeway in between each session. If you are late, we will have to rush and the likelihood of accommodating all three outfits is slim. Every child is different so it is imperative that we utilize the full time slot, if needed. It’s also very important to schedule your session after your child’s scheduled nap time. A rested baby almost guarantees fabulous photos. Also make sure that your child has been fed and/or nursed before the appointment. A full belly equals a happy baby.
I really hope that all these tips help with our session together and I look forward to meeting you and capturing some amazing photos for you so that in years to come you will look back and have those memories at hand.
