Slots fill up anywhere between 6-9 months out. Once all slots are filled. I maintain a cancellation list for last minute cancellation. If someone with a scheduled slot cancels, I contact the first person on my cancellation list and work my way down. To get on the cancellation list, I would just need to know the month and days you are available.
